The European Outdoor Group’s (EOG) Outdoor Futures Think tank met in early summer 2019 at the MonViso Institute for its inaugural design thinking workshop on the future business model of the outdoor industry. Companies like Mammut (Switzerland), Helly Hansen (Norway) and Houdini (Sweden) came to find inspiration for systemic innovation and transformation at the MVI real-world mountain lab.
